Sapi Island is only 25-acre the blue sky, white sandy beach, crystal clear seawater, gorgeous corals, green forest what a gorgeous island! You can't wait to get your hair wet and jump into the water! If you do not want to get your hair wet, you can try the Sea Walker/ Reef Walker adventures which will not get your hair wet underneath the water!!! BBQ, picnic pavilion, changing room, shower room facilities are available on the island.

However, if you get your ticket yourself, you might not have a reserved seat and a complimentary lunch!!!

Precautions

1. Once the booking process has been completed, our customer service representative will contact the travellers and please provide your group details for insurance purpose.
2. Our customer service representative will provide the details of the local guide, contact number and car plate number before 9pm on the night before the tour commencement.
3. Travellers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: pregnancy, infant and senior citizens (65 years old and above).
4. Travellers must standby at meeting point 5-10 minutes before the pickup time, if the travellers are late for the pick up will consider cancelling the tour and non-refundable.
5. Outskirt hotel pick up and drop off surcharges: 1-3 people (MYR15/Per). 4 people and above (MYR10/per). Please pay directly to the driver.
6. Surcharge for Japanese or Korean speaker guide require MYR300/per guide, please pay directly to the guide.
7. In case of any traffic control, unforeseen circumstances, unexpected weather contributed to cancel any attractions, please contact our customers representative, we will conduct a reasonable refund for you.
8. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, unexpected weather, please respect the decision of the captain. Please respect the Captain's professional decision either postpone, cancel, continue the tour or return. Same as the snorkeling trip, the captain has to ensure the safety of our customers of any activities.

No pets allowed, otherwise Haplay Tour has the right to cancel the itinerary and non-refundable.

Refund

- 10% administration fees will be charged for cancellation in one week and one week above before the tour commencement.
- 50% administration fees will be charged for cancellation within one week before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.
- Non-refundable for cancellation within 24 hours before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.

* In the event of the company's inability to complete the itinerary:
- Full refund.
- If you fall to sick on the day, please provide your medical certificate for inspection and 10% of the administration fees will be charged.
